The hotel location is fantastic, just a few minutes’ walk from the main attractions. The room was clean and comfortable with comfy beds and good decor. The staff were so friendly and accommodating, always on hand to help with any issues or provide recommendations for local restaurants and attractions.
The bathroom was quite small and cramped, which could be an issue for some guests. There weren't enough places to hang towels or put personal items in the bathroom, making it a bit awkward.

Great location, near Lourdes sanctuary. Nice decoration and spacious room. Friendly and helpful staff. Convenient public parking nearby. Comfortable beds and quiet atmosphere.

We had a great stay at this hotel! Best aspects were the convenient location, friendly and accommodating staff, and comfortable beds. The hotel is situated within walking distance of the main attractions and has public parking available nearby. Staff were welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, making it a truly enjoyable experience. Additionally, the beds were very comfortable, allowing for a good night's sleep.

The location of this hotel was its best feature as it was conveniently close to the shrine within a short walking distance. It was also situated in downtown which made everything easily accessible. the staff were very welcoming and friendly, always cracking jokes and making guests feel at home. the room was adequate for a low-budget hotel, clean and had comfy beds. the breakfast was decent and the hotel had accessible parking.
The bathroom in the room was quite cramped, and the toilet was awkwardly placed causing discomfort.

The hotel is located in the heart of the city, which made it easy to access all the attractions and restaurants. the staff were friendly and helpful, always greeting us with a smile. the room was clean and the beds were comfortable, allowing us to have a good rest after a long day of sightseeing.
The bathroom was quite small and a bit cramped, which made it difficult to move around in. the towels and toiletries were not replenished on a daily basis, leaving us with no option but to use the same ones.
